Pakhta Bank, one of the largest Uzbek Bank, started to connect regional branches and mini-banks with wireless network, Uzbekistan Today reported.
The report said the network is built on the based on Canopy solutions of Motorola, a global leader in providing integrated communications solutions and embedded electronic solutions.
Jamshed Amonov, director of information technologies centre of Pakhta Bank, said the network will allow clients in districts to use banking services without visit to regional centres.
He added that the network will unite all computers of the bank in all regions of Uzbekistan.
