From 24 to29 May the Chinese painters familiarized with culture and art of Uzbekistan, works of popular Uzbek masters and young painters. They also shared their experience with the Uzbek colleagues and familiarized with historic sights of Uzbekistan.
On 29 May, Tashkent Photography House hosted an exhibition of works of Chinese painters and roundtable dedicated to modern art and cooperation between Uzbekistan and China.
It is expected that Chinese painters will create works on their impressions about Uzbekistan and the exhibition “Uzbekistan with the eyes of Chinese painters” will be held in Beijing. The Uzbek painters will be also invited to the exhibition.
The exhibition in Tashkent Photography House presented 50 works of Chinese painters – landscape, portraits, painting of animals and birds.
On 25-26 May, Chinese painters visited historic sights in Samarkand and Bukhara, which will be painted in their future works.
