Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to preliminary data from the Statistical Agency, as of 1 June 2023, the total number of operating industrial enterprises in Uzbekistan exceeded 70,611 units (excluding farms and dekhkan farms), which is 6.8% of the total number of operating enterprises. Of these, 69,705 units. belong to small businesses.

in Bukhara region - 4,140 units.

in Khorezm region - 3,925 units.

in Surkhandarya region - 3,287 units.

in Navoi region - 3,266 units.

in Jizzakh region - 2,751 units.
