According to the agency, this figure does not fully meets existing tourism potential of Uzbekistan, which is currently used only for 15-20%.

Uzbekistan has over 7,000 unique historic monuments. Some 600 tourism enterprises work in Uzbekistan. There are also 660 hotels and camping sites.

There are 110 international tourism routes, which cover historic objects, natural sites and rehabilitation complexes.
