Over 17% of organizations submit statistic reports via Internet
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The State Committee of Uzbekistan on Statistics said that it expects that 30-35% business entities will submit their statistic reports in electronic type via E-stat by the end of 2012.

The committee said that number of small businesses, which submit statistic reports via Internet and E-stat, is increasing sharply.

Currently, 34 form of statistic reports are available at E-state system and 35,000 businesses use the electronic system, which makes up 17% of businesses, submitting reports.

Number of small businesses, submitting statistic reports via Internet, is also growing. In the first quarter of 2012, 2.3% of small businesses submitted statistic reports via Internet, and in the first half the figure reached 15%. The growth rate made up 6.1 times.

Largest number of businesses, which submit electronic statistic reports, fell to share of Tashkent city (40%). Some 30% of Tashkent small businesses submit their reports via internet.

The committee said that it expects that number of enterprises, which submit electronic reports, will reach 30-35% by the end of 2012. It added that it is conducting events to propaganda E-stat system.

The committee underlined that all 145 forms of statistics reports will be available at E-state system in 2013.
