Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has appointed a new Deputy Prosecutor General — the Military Prosecutor of the country.

According to the presidential decree, the position has been filled by Senior Advisor of Justice Otabek Kholboev. Prior to this appointment, Kholboev served as the First Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The appointment of Otabek Kholboev reflects continuity in the military prosecution system and aims to further strengthen law and order within the country’s Armed Forces.
