Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Brio Group, the operator of the payment service Oson, plans to increase its authorized capital by 5 billion soums through the issuance of an additional 288 million ordinary shares. The total value of the issuance will amount to 5 billion soums.
The share issuance was registered with the National Agency for Advanced Projects in December. The shares will be allocated to the sole shareholder.
As a result, Oson’s authorized capital will reach 25 billion soums, marking the third increase in the past 12 months.
In February 2024, the company was re-registered as a joint-stock company and raised its capital from 10 billion to 13 billion soums.
The next capital increase occurred in September 2024, when the company issued shares worth 7 billion soums, bringing the authorized capital to 20 billion soums to meet the minimum threshold for payment service providers, which will take effect in July 2025.
