At the meeting, it was noted that cooperation between Uzbekistan and OSCE along with other directions are developing in security sector. The sides implement many joint projects, UzA reported.

During the talks, the sides considered issues on further strengthening cooperation in fighting terrorism, extremism, and human trafficking. They also exchanged opinion on strengthening security and stability.

OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier also held negotiations with Prosecutor General of Uzbekistan Rashid Kadirov.

The sides considered issues of strengthening of cooperation in combating terrorism, human trafficking, illegal drugs turnover, and other international threats.

The delegation of OSCE also held a meeting with the Speaker of Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Dilorom Tashmuhamedova.

The sides exchanged opinion on reforms in legislative, judicial-legal and activities of parties in Uzbekistan. It was said that reforms in Uzbekistan help to balanced and stable development of the country,
