Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 25 March, a meeting was held at the National Social Protection Agency with the Deputy Head of the Representative Office of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sherzod Umarov.

Opportunities were discussed for implementing joint projects to develop “inclusive” vocational training and employment for people with disabilities in rural areas, aimed at their integration into society, improving nutrition standards for children and adults in social facilities, as well as jointly studying the impact of changes climate on the standard of living of families in the regions.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to establish cooperation aimed at comprehensively improving the quality of life of people in rural areas.
