Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — By decree of the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, opera singer Otabek Nazirov has been granted the title of Honored Artist of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

According to the presidential press service, this prestigious title was awarded in recognition of his exceptional performance skills and talent, showcased as a tenor in the State Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan.

Otabek Nazirov received this honor for his significant contributions to the development of national opera, the promotion of classical music, and the strengthening of cultural ties with other countries.

A graduate of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan, Otabek Nazirov has recently become a laureate of several prestigious international competitions, including the Open Asia Festival and the Turkish-Russian musical competition Ca Maestoso.

Born in 1999 in the Khorezm region, Otabek began his musical journey after graduating from a music school and art college. He currently performs on the stage of the Alisher Navoi State Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Uzbekistan.
