Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 23 December, a new restaurant “Yuzhanin” opens in Tashkent - a twin of the sensational Krasnodar project and the 30th restaurant of the largest holding in the south of Russia “Family Garden” with Caucasian cuisine in the author’s interpretation, a conceptual interior with southern motifs, bright parties for adults and animation for children on weekends. 

The brand chef of the project managed to find a balance between traditional Caucasian recipes with recognizable kaleidoscopes of taste, the use of local products and playing with the texture of dishes.

After the success of the Krasnodar project “Yuzhanin”, which became one of the iconic gastro and entertainment points of the city, the team of the “Family Garden” holding expanded the geography of the project by opening the second “Yuzhanin” in Tashkent, where life does not subside day or night. 

“Yuzhanin” is a collaboration between “Family Garden” and Arkady Novikov. In the modern interior of the restaurant with accent chairs and conceptual chandeliers, the southern orientation of the establishment can be seen through a combination of textures, shades and materials, and the spacious veranda will become a place of attraction for guests in the warm season.

Brand chef Ruslan Italmazov and a large team of chefs in the “Yuzhanin” menu combined the cuisines of the Caucasian peoples: khychin from Kabardino-Balkaria, chkmeruli, ajapsandal and lobio from Georgia, kutab from Azerbaijan, presenting them in the author’s interpretation.

From Wednesday to Sunday, the restaurant will play live music, and on Fridays and Saturdays, “Yuzhanin” plans to become the center of the dance life of Tashkent: parties, concerts of celebrities and young groups. An active entertainment program with animation and various master classes has also been prepared for young guests.
