Ombudsmen informed envoy about activity of Human rights commissioner of Oliy Majlis, its main activity, national and foreign partners, etc.

Tuula Yrjola expressed gratitude to provided information on Ombudsmen activity and briefed Ombudsmen on her meetings at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan, as well as Finnish project for Central Asian states on ensuring access to justice.

Sayyora Rashidova said that this is actual project and offered to hold consultation on this project with attracting human rights institutes, judicial structures, NGOs.

Finnish envoy positively rated proposal of Ombudsman and added that special Finnish representative can arrive in Uzbekistan for further consultations.
