Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Uzbek boxer Nigina Ukhtamova has commenced her participation in the Summer Olympics Paris 2024.

Competing in the -54 kg weight category, Ukhtamova was scheduled to face Egypt’s Yomna Ayad. 

However, Ayad notified that she would not be entering the ring.

As a result, Ukhtamova advanced to the second round without a fight.

In the next stage, our boxer will face Cholmi Pang from North Korea.
