Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The International Olympic Committee has placed a tracksuit, in which the legend of Uzbek and world gymnastics Oksana Chusovitina participated in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, to the Olympic Museum in Lausanne.
Our compatriot donated the costume to the museum after the Tokyo Olympics.
This museum, which is visited annually by about 250 thousand people, contains the most valuable information and exhibits related to the modern Olympic Games.
The museum was opened on 23 May 1993; the initiator of its creation was the chairman of the International Olympic Committee, Juan Antonio Samaranch. Today it is the second museum in Switzerland in terms of the number of annual visitors.
