Ohangaron rangli sement decreases charter capital
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Ohangaron rangli sement (Akhangaran Coloured Cement) joint venture in form of open joint stock company is decreasing its charter capital, the company said in a statement.
The cut of authorized capital is connected with reorganization of the enterprise from open joint stock company to limited liability company.
In line with the decision of the founders, the new charter capital of reorganized enterprise will be 256 661 800 soums.
