New Zealand has won a place in the tennis Fed Cup Asia/Oceania zone group one final in Bangkok with three straight set wins against Indonesia to finish on two wins alongside Indonesia and Australia. The Kiwis have gone through on a countback, edging out Australia by just two sets.

The team now faces Uzbekistan in Bangkok today to compete for a place in the Fed Cup World Group II.
