On 13 September, the company held wide-scale presentation of its solutions for representatives of mass media at International Business Center in Tashkent. The guests familiarized with opportunities of LTE and All-IP.
Within the event, the company presented both stable network architecture and innovative solutions for businesses, which allows telecom operators to ensure high service for users and achieve high business targets for operators.
Bakhtiyar Muminov, director-general of Nokia Siemens Networks Tashkent, said: “During four days we will demonstrate our achievements both to operators and state bodies. LTE is future technology of mobile networks. We want that the guests can familiarize with potential of this technology as a whole and on the example of LTE network from Nokia Siemens Networs, which will increase profitability of telecommunication business.”
The company presented opportunities of technologies and solutions of Nokia Siemens Networks, which are available in the market.
In particular, the company presented Nokia Siemens Networks Single RAN, which unites GSM, 3G and LTE in one radio access network. The product provides great opportunity for users. Single RAN is based on several standard platforms with support of GSM_/.3G_/ LTE, such as basic station as Flexi Multiradio. Flexi Multiradio does not require hardware modification with the time. Flexi Multiradio is the most ecologically secure, compact and high-productive solution of this class in the industry.
The exposition presented Single RAN LTE for FDD and TD-LTE and use of basic station Flexi Multiradio BTS for introduction of LTE technology. The organizers demonstrated activation of LTE on the base of basic station Flexi BTS and how to configure Flexi BTS individually.
Long Term Evolution (LTE) is mobile technology for brand bank access and evaluation development of network of GSM, WCDMA/HSPA/HSPA+, TD-SCDMA, CDMA and WiMAX. The technology ensures development of broadband services for intellectual tools thanks to high data transfer speed.
Besides, the participants also familiarized with Voice over LTE (VoLTE). The operators can benefit from transfer to VoLTE through adaptation of existing switchboards in variant of Fast Track VoLTE or transfer to VoLTE based on IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem).
The company presented HSPA+ technology, which is evaluation step towards over high-speed channels, ensuring data transfer at the speed of 112 Mbs (Multicarrier HSPA) on commercial hardware Flexi BTS.
Nokia Siemens Network also presented its SON package. This solution helps to increase operational efficiency of existing networks thanks to automatic configuration of connections, balancing burden of mobile traffic, etc. Automatic restore of SON can minimize failures in rendering communication services.
Another solution All-IP Mobile Backhaul is also directed at increasing profitability of operators. The product is directed at voice and data transfer. The product can be useful for operators, which deployed or plans to deploy 3G, WiMAX and LTE.
