The press service of the Uzbek ministry said that Ambassador handed over credentials, addressed to the President of Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged opinion on Uzbek-Swedish relations, perspectives of deepening relations in bilateral level and Uzbekistan-EU format.

It was noted that regular and systematic political consultations, development of inter-parliamentary relations, expansion of legal framework and institutilization of interaction, establishment of direct contracts between business circles of Uzbekistan and Sweden meet interests of both sides and allow to boost mutual beneficial interaction in various areas.

The sides also considered actual international and regional issues.
