Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Employment and Poverty Reduction Behzod Musayev met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Uzbekistan with Yu Jun, the press service of the Ministry reported.

During the talks, held in an atmosphere of mutual trust, it was noted that the level of cooperation between the two countries in recent years has been brought to a new level.

The Ambassador praised the results of the reforms carried out in our country under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev in the field of poverty reduction, and noted that the Chinese side warmly welcomes the introduction of measures implemented in this direction to the level of state policy in Uzbekistan.

A striking example of this is the agreement reached on the organization by Chinese experts of a two-week online training on the topic "Reducing poverty based on Chinese experience", in which all 9400 assistant khokims of our country will take part, as well as the organization of a visit of 200 assistant khokims to China to exchange experiences.

Also, based on the Chinese experience and programs, professional training of the population in marketing skills and communication with consumers will be launched.

In cooperation, training courses will be organized on the technical maintenance of energy-saving technologies, electric vehicles, as well as renewable energy sources.

In turn, Minister Bekhzod Musaev thanked the Chinese side for close cooperation to reduce poverty in Uzbekistan.
