New president of Bunyodkor appointed

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Head of Uztransgaz joint stock company has been appointed as president of Bunyodkor football club, the press-service of Tashkent club said.

The Uzbek club said that new president of the football club has been elected at the meeting, which was held on 10 February.

The session of Bunyodkor Supervisory Board elected new president and two vice-presidents, the club said in the statement.

Tulyagan Djuraev has been elected to the post of Bunyodkor. Djuraev is director-general of Uztransgaz, gas transporting company of Uzbekistan.

Recently, Uztransgaz and Bunyodkor have signed sponsorship agreement.
