Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A large-scale tourism project, the MSA Resort, is being developed in the Parkent district of Tashkent region.
The resort is expected to play a key role in the development of both domestic and international tourism, as well as agriculture. Construction began in 2024 and is scheduled for completion in 2025. The project is expected to create around 350 jobs.
MSA Resort will focus on agriculture, gastronomic, ethnographic, and agritourism, as well as the production of high-value-added agricultural products. The complex will integrate Uzbek culture, natural landscapes, and modern infrastructure.
The new resort complex will feature multifunctional event venues for more than 1,000 people, relaxation areas, a yurt camp, a hotel, a restaurant, a tasting hall, and a center dedicated to historical and cultural heritage.
The resort is expected to host approximately 20,000 tourists annually, making it one of the most visited in the region. A significant economic impact is anticipated through import substitution.
MSA Resort will contribute to strengthening Uzbekistan's position on the global stage, creating new opportunities for local producers and entrepreneurs.
