Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Minister for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications was replaced in Uzbekistan.

Azim Ahmedkhadjayev left the post of Minister of Information Technologies and Communications of Uzbekistan. He moved to the National Project Management Agency under the President of Uzbekistan (NAPU), where he will oversee the development of the digital economy and blockchain.

Shukhrat Sidikov became the Minister for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of Uzbekistan. Earlier, he worked as a director of the NAPU.
