Eight many-storied houses with 320 apartments were constructed here. First two floors are allocated to social-cultural, trade and communal objects.

UzA reported that comfortable conditions were created both apartment owners and visitors to trade complexes. First two stories were decorated with red granite and other five stories are in white color.

Each house consists of two sections, which have 20 flats. Each house has 40 flats with three, four and five room apartments. The rooms are large and comfortable.

Dinner-room, sleeping room, children room, kitchen and bathroom are designed with national peculiarities and life-style of Uzbek people. Each flat are equipped with on-door speakerphone.

The houses have modern lifts with two doors. There are also 32 meter green par zone near houses with fountains and children playgrounds, as well as sport fields.
