Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 23 April 2024, an international meeting will be held in the city of Termez, Surkhandarya region, with the participation of heads of transport departments, freight forwarding companies and businesses on the development of the international multimodal transport corridor "Belarus - Russia - Kazakhstan - Uzbekistan - Afghanistan – Pakistan” with access to the ports of the Indian Ocean.

The meeting of representatives of transport organizations and business delegations promises to be fruitful in terms of realizing potential opportunities for increasing mutual trade turnover, increasing the volume of international cargo transportation along land corridors, as well as increasing the role of the CIS countries, Central and South Asia in the global transport and logistics system of Eurasia.
