New fire extinguisher has been tested
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- New invented foam fire extinguisher is designed to eliminate a fire at large industrial plants and sites of special significance, UzA reported.

This device is called “UPG-4000”, invented by the chief of fire safety unit of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kashkadarya region, Dilshod Pulatova, can be used for extinction of fires occurring in the reservoirs of oil and gas companies, where the oil production volume is 10 and 20 thousand cubic meters.

Approval by the relevant patent of the Patent Office in Uzbekistan, the invention makes it possible to mobilize the device immediately in case of fire, to ensure safe operation, to send foam from fire extinguisher to the fire and quickly extinguish a fire in the tanks of oil and petroleum products.

This device, has a structure that can be used in earthquakes, strong winds and snow pressure, stable working in all weather conditions, and was successfully tested at the “Shurtanneftgaz.

Conventional devices that are installed in large tanks to store fuel, usually become obsolete under the influence of fuels derived from petroleum liquids and quickly came to unsuitability.

The new device has no such shortcomings.
