Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- By decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sodir Melibayev was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

He is responsible for supervising the work of accounting and reporting, security and protection of information, payment systems, information technology, as well as monitoring the smooth operation of the national payment system "HUMO" in the republic.

Until today, S. Melibaev worked as the director of the Information Technology Department of the Central Bank.

S. Melibaev was born in 1969. In 1992 he graduated from the Tashkent State Economic University.

He has 15 years of experience in the banking system.
