The license was issued in line with the article 17 of the Law “On the Central Bank of Uzbekistan” and the article 4 of the Law “On credit unions”.
The bank said it issued license to Dang’ara-kredit (Dangara district Ferghana region) with the charter capital of 34.3 million soums and Sarmoyalar Rivoji (Furkat district of Ferghana region) with the authorized capital of 35 million soums.
Porloq-kredit (Zangiata district of Tashkent region) with the charter capital of 70.5 million soums and Maks Lyuks capital (Andijan city) with the authorized capital of 36 million soums also got the licenses.
Guliston credit union (Guliston city) and Hamkorlik (Yangiyul city, Tashkent region), which also received licenses, have charter capital of 40 million soums and 34.6 million soums respectively.
The credit unions will direct their activity to finance business projects of members and render leasing services.
