The company said income from general economic activity made up 4.202 million soums in 2010 compared to 251.76 million soums in 2009.

The assets of the company grew from 818.454 billion soums in 2009 to 945.126 billion soums in 2010. Long-term assets grew from 19.144 billion soums to 25.443 billion soums in the reporting period.

The charter capital made up 11.475 billion soums in 2010. The reserve fund grew from 447.385 million soums to 460.388 million soums in the reporting period.

Uzdonmahsulot state joint stock corporation was reorganized in open joint stock company in line with the decision of the Uzbek President from 22 December 2003 and the resolution of the Government from 6 August 2004.

The company unites blank production, flour-and-cereals, provender milling and baking enterprises in Uzbekistan.
