Net income of Syrdarya thermal power station falls 4.7 times in 2011
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Net income of Syrdarya thermal power station, largest power station in Central Asia, decreased 4.7 times year-on-year in 2011 to 817.03 million soums (3.851 billion soums in 2010), the financial report of the company said.

Net revenue from realization grew by 21.7% to 464.27 billion soums, prime cost – by 25% to 437.72 billion soums. Gross income made up 26.56 billion soums (+7.4%).

In 2011, the station produced 13.574 K.W.H. electricity against 13.61 billion K.W.H. electricity in 2010. The company supplied 12.802 billion K.W.H electricity in 2011 compared to 12.887 billion K.W.H electricity in 2010.

According audited balance sheet, the assets of the enterprise grew by 14.4% in 2011 to 547.72 billion soums, current assets – 441.48 billion soums (+11.3%) and long-term assets – 106.236 billion soums (+29.04%).

Own capital increased from 84.75 billion soums in 2010 to 100.728 billion soums in 2011. The charter capital rose from 13.7 billion soums to 17.887 billion soums in the reporting period.

Liabilities made up 446.99 billion soums in 2011 compared to 394.12 billion soums in 2010.
