Net income of Qurilish-lizing hits 106.106m soums in 2012
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Leasing company OJSC Qurilish Leasing received net income for 106.106 million soums in 2012 against 554.821 million soums in 2012, according to the balance sheet of the company, published in local media.

The revenue from realization of services fell from 1.398 billion soums in 2011 to 1.289 billion soums in 2012. The expenses rose from 979.941 million soums to 1.289 billion soums in the reporting period.

Other income from main activities grew from 322.654 million soums to 504.18 million soums in 2012. Income from financial activity made up 197.438 million soums in 2012 against 359.41 million soums in 2011. Expenses from financial activity jumped from 538.285 million soums to 586.51 million soums in the reporting period.

Assets of Qurilish-lizing rose from 9.397 billion soums in 2011 to 15.086 billion soums in 2012. Long-term assets grew from 5.739 billion soums in 2011 to 8.155 billion soums in 2012, current assets – from 3.603 billion soums to 6.93 billion soums in the reporting period.

Own capital of the company decreased from 6.765 billion soums to 6.104 billion soums in the reporting period. At the same time, the charter capital stood at 4.4 billion soums. Undistributed income made up 326.193 million soums in 2012 against 774.909 million soums in 2011.

Liabilities of the leasing company grew from 2.632 billion soums to 8.982 billion soums in the reporting period.

Qurilish-Lizing, company working in leasing industry, was created in line with the decision of the Cabinet of Minister of Uzbekistan “On introducing renting and leasing services into capital construction system” from 23 October 2003. The company leases construction equipment and mechanisms to construction and contractor organizations.
