According to UzA, Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution “On measures on organization of production and stage-by-stage transfer to use of energy saving lamps” on 2 June 2011.

As reported earlier, Neo Sun Light launched production of energy saving energy saving fluorescent lighting bulbs – 11, 15, 20 and 25 w. In 2010, the company produced over 500,000 lamps.

Jasur Kasimov, deputy director-general of Neo Sun Light, said that the project capacity of the enterprise is 7 million units of energy saving lamps a year. The plant can produce eight types of products. He said that in line with forecasts, the plant will produce 3 million lamps in 2011.

Neo Sun Light uses modern methods and technologies of production and it is free of emission. The production does not harm people or environment.

Neo Sun Light currently is actively works on localization of spare parts of energy saving lamps. In 2011, the plant will increase localization level to 32%.
