The document was adopted for effective use of habitation, trade and service objects, which are in balance of NBU, constructed or under construction.

According to the resolution, NBU will hand over automobile statation, second floor, and engineering communication of Karasu trade complex to Kurgantepa district administration of Andijan region.

The bank will also hand over engineering communication of trade complex in Quvasoy city (Ferghana region) to Quvasoy city administration. Both objects will be handed over on their residual value.

The Government handed over right to NBU to dispose objects on values, set by evaluation organizations, these objects and multi-storey buildings.

The bank also received right independently manage other habitation objects, trade and service objects, which were construction to its own resources, attracted investments of individuals and legal entities.

Income received from realization of objects, after payment of taxes and other mandatory payments, will be directed to repayment of debt of NBU, which were attracted under guarantee of Uzbekistan.
