According to the bank, some 13.6 billion of them were issued to young families for up to 1 5 years.

As of 1 Janury 2013, NBU issued 6.6 billion soums of microloans for finance business activities, 8.8 billion soums – to support young families and improve their living conditions, simulate purchase of locally made consumer goods.

NBU also allocated loans for construction organizations for 21.4 billion, which were used to construction of multi-stored houses in Karakalpakstan, Ferghana, Andijan, Samarkand, Kashkandarya and Andijan regions. The apartments will be realized to population of Uzbekistan.

Last year, two houses were constructed in Termez due to funds of the NBU. Young families will receive 45 apartments from these houses. Some 6.9 billion soums were directed to construction of these houses.
