The region’s industrial output grew by 6.2%, consumer goods production – by 14.2%, construction works – by 16.4%, agriculture production – by 7.1%, retail trade turnover – by 16.9% and services – by 13.5%.

The banks issued loans for 128.5 billion soums to support small and private businesses. About 400 small busiensses were created in the region. Share of small businesses in GRP hit 23%, UzA said.

The region created 21,900 new jobs in January-June, of which 16,300 were founded by small and private entrepreneurs.

Within the state programme “The Year of Family”, the region used investments for 59.9 billion soums due to all sources of financing.
