Navoi branch of Ipoteka Bank plans to double the volume of credits, issued to construction and purchase of habitations, in 2007.

The UzA reported that the bank issued mortgage credits for over 1 billion soums to 150 citizens to purchase habitations.

The report said the bank is assisting to construct Farmers’ City in rural area, which will include sport fields, catering and trade points, as well as consumer services’ points.

In line with resolution of the Uzbek President “On further development of housing construction and habitation market” dated 16 February 2005, Ipoteka Bank was entrusted to develop mortgage crediting.
