The document was directed at improving architectural-construction look and effective use of empty construction premises, creating modern textile production in Namangan city.

In line with the resolution, the government approved proposal of administration of Namangan region, Uzbekyengilsanoat, Gosarhitektstroy and State Property Committee of Uzbekistan on selling incomplete object in Namangan city on zero redemption cost to Namimpeks-tekstil LLC.

Namimpeks-tekstil LLC undertook obligation to invest at least 10 billion soums to purchase and installation of equipment, spare parts and construction-assembly works.

The enterprise plans to create textile plant with the capacity on production of 3,900 tonnes of yarn, 8 million meters of cotton fabrics and 500,000 units of ready garments.

According to the document, Namimpeks-tekstil LLC will create 200 jobs and export at least 80% of products, produced at the plant.

The document said that the company will organize complex of trade and personal services at part of premises.

The government recommended Ipoteka-Bank to consider credit application of Namimpeks-tekstil LLC on allocation loan and converting part of resources to hard currency for purchase of equipment.
