During the year, over 500 organizations, state and economic bodies, local administrations were connected to the portal.

About 200 various services were launched, among them registration to meeting with heads of the state bodies, submission of application to biometric passports, services for future businesses, etc.

Centralized system of processing applications of the citizens was introduced. All applications of the citizens, submitted via portal, are controlled and the citizens receive answers to them.

In past year, the state bodies received about 20,000 applications via portal, and about 85% of them were processed and the citizens or legal entities received anwers.

About 3,062 (15%) of applications are under consideration. It is worth to mention that 2,159 applications (11%) were from legal entities. About 61.3% of submissions were applications, 8.8% - proposals and 28.6% - complaints.

About 85% of the users prefer to receive answers from the state bodies to their applications in electronic form.

The portal offers businesses to carry out state registration via portal from 1 January 2014. The business entities can submit complaints to violation of their rights via portal.

The portal also has phone numbers 1060 and 8-800-200-1818, with help of which they can receive state services as well.

The Call-Center of the portal received over 7,630 calls so far and over 1,240 of them were directed to the state bodies.

Soon, the single portal is planning to launch several new services.
