On 11 May 2017, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution “On organization of the construction of a multifunctional ice complex in the city of Tashkent”.

A modern complex will be built in Chilanzar district at the intersection of Afrosiyob and Besyegoch streets. The ice complex will be put into operation in the third quarter of 2018.

The customer of the project is Wind Rose. Construction is carried out for the customer’s own funds and other sources.

The general contractor of the project is the Singapore company Enter Engineering Pte.Ltd. South Korean company Heerim Architects & Planners Co., Ltd. will prepare the project of the complex. They received a number of tax and customs benefits within the framework of the project.
