Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An international online tournament "Independence Cup of the Republic of Uzbekistan" in weightlifting has started today. A few minutes ago, there were performances among women in the weight categories -55 and -59 kilograms.

It is noteworthy that at the competition our representative Muattar Nabieva managed to bypass the three-time world champion Zulfiya Chinshanlo and become the winner.

Women, -55 kg .:

1. Muattar Nabieva (Uzbekistan) - (95 kg + 110 kg)

2. Zulfiya Chinshanlo (Kazakhstan) - (85 kg + 115 kg)

3. Joanna Lochowska (Poland) - 185 kg (80 kg + 105 kg)

Also, another athlete of Uzbekistan, Nigora Abdullaeva, who performed in the weight category of -59 kilograms, was noted among the strongest weightlifters, despite the fact that she is only 16 years old.

1. Qiaoming Luo (China) - 225 kg (100 kg + 125 kg)

2.Maria Lobon (Colombia) - 218 kg (97 kg + 121 kg)

3. Alexandra Escobar (Ecuador) - 214 (92 kg + 122 kg). ... ...

5. Nigora Abdullaeva (Uzbekistan) - 183 kg (83 kg + 100 kg)

As part of the evening program, another of our representatives, Kumushhon Faizullaeva, will perform in the -71 kg weight category. Competitions will start at 20:00.
