From 1 November 2010, the cost of one voice SMS message will be decreased from US$0.05 to US$0.04, the operator said.

The operator recalled that subscribers can share their emotions and feeling with Golosovoye Pismo service.

All subscribers of MTS Uzbekistan, except users of RED tariff plan, can use Golosovoye Pismo service. Subscribers can send and receive voice messages only within network of MTS Uzbekistan.
