In July 2010, the company signed an agreement on rendering 3G roaming international service with two more operators - China Unicom (China) and P4 (Poland). The speed at networks of these roaming partners, working in 3G standard with use of HSDPA, can reach 3.6 Mbps.

Currently, MTS Uzbekistan subscribers, who have handsets with support of UMTS (HSDPA) standard, can receive access to high-speed data transfer with use of 3G in networks of 78 operators in 51 countries.

MTS Uzbekistan subscribers can use international voice roaming service at the networks of 333 operators in 174 countries.
