MTS to return to Uzbekistan by end of 2014

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Russian mobile communication operator MTS can resume its operations in Uzbekistan by the end of 2014, Interfax reported quoting source in the government.

According to the agency, the Government of Uzbekistan and the Russian company solved all disputable issues on resumption of activities of the operator in mobile market of Uzbekistan.

The source said that the sides will prepare constituent document of new operating company, which will be joint venture and provide services under MTS brand.
