The proposal was introduced by Cabinet of Ministers to optimize territories, rational use of all resources, formation of favourable conditions for complex construction or roads, social and cultural and consumer objects, engineering communication, further development of production and optimal placement of enterprises of agriculture production.

MPs underlined that uniting districts will allow to solve many social-economic tasks and decrease budget expenses, directed to management spending. It was noted that local population supported the idea.

MPs passed the corresponding resolution and directed to Senate for approval.
