The draft law was developed in line with the presidential decree “On additional measures on attracting graduates of educational establishments into entrepreneurship activity”. The decree sets microfirms and small business will keep preferences, guarantees and rights in signing labour agreements with graduates of professional colleges, academic lyceums and higher educational establishments. However, total number of maximal set number of employees cannot exceed 20%.

At the same time, the number of employees can exceed if graduates completed professional colleges, academic lyceums and higher education establishments within three years.

The amendment will allow to harmonize article 5 of the Law “On guarantees of entrepreneurship activities’ freedom” with the presidential decree.

MPs underlined that the draft law will help to create new works for young specialists.
