Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The State Tax Committee of Uzbekistan has introduced a new service in the Soliq mobile application, allowing individuals engaged in concert and entertainment activities to submit their tax declarations, the agency’s official channel reports.

Through this service, singers and performers can provide information on their total annual income, fulfilling their constitutional obligation to pay income tax. The process has been simplified thanks to the integration of tax authorities’ information systems with the Uzbekkoncert state institution’s database.

After completing identity verification and Face ID authentication in the Soliq app, licensed performers can automatically access the new service.

As of today, 1,954 licensed artists have already submitted income declarations. The highest number of submissions came from Khorezm region (294), Tashkent city (291), Bukhara region (212), Samarkand region (207), and Tashkent region (157).
