Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- During the control measures carried out by the operational group of the Department of Ecology of Surkhandarya region in Kumkurgan district, cases of arson of land freed from grain crops were detected in several farms.

In particular, for the purpose of re-sowing on the territory of the Boston Firdavs farm, 10 hectares of land freed from grain were burned. In connection with the current situation, an administrative protocol was drawn up in relation to the head of the farm, F.S. under part 3 of article 88 of the CoAO RUz. As a result of violation of soil fertility, damage was caused for 21 million 286 thousand 980 soums.

At the Khodjimurod Mamatrayim farm, 10 hectares of land freed from grain were also burned for the purpose of re-sowing. On this fact in relation to the head of the farm F.M. an administrative protocol was drawn up. As a result of violation of soil fertility, damage was caused for 17.55 million soums.

In the Elsevar Nurli Zamin farm, 5 hectares of land were cleared of grain and burned for re-sowing. On this fact in relation to the head of the economy U.T. an administrative protocol was drawn up. The amount of damage left 8.77 million soums.

10 hectares of land belonging to the Kakaydy Pakhtakor farm were burned for the purpose of re-sowing. In relation to the head of the economy, I.E. a protocol was drawn up. Soil fertility was damaged for 17.52 soums.

13 hectares of land owned by the Eshkobil Khodzhimurod farm was burned for the purpose of re-sowing. In relation to the head of the economy E.K., an administrative protocol was drawn up. The damage amounted to 27.92 million soums.

For the purpose of re-sowing, 7 hectares of barren land belonging to the Zilola-Ruslan farm were burned. In this regard, an administrative protocol was drawn up in relation to the head of the farm B.K.. As a result of violation of soil fertility, damage was caused for 13.03 million soums.

The total amount of damage caused to nature as a result of burning land in Kumkurgan district amounted to 106 million 074 thousand soums.
