In particular, the committee called to account UzshaharsozlikLITI, ToshkentboshplanLITI (service on development of general plans, town-planning documentation, copyright supervision, agreeing on land selection under object), Elholding (production and implementation of educational and lab equipment), Jizzakh Battery Plant (production of batteries).

In line with the antimonopoly legislation, the enterprises, included to the State registrar of monopoly enterprises, should declare prices for monopoly products and services at financial bodies.

At the same time, the committee directed corresponding notifications on necessity to declare prices in established order and terms.

However, above-mentioned enterprises did not declare prices at financial bodies and the committee opened cases against them for violation of the regulation on order of forming, declaring (approving) and setting regulated prices for goods (works, services).

After the consideration of the cases, the committee issued orders to end violations and prevent future violations of antimonopoly legislation and declare prices for monopoly products and services at financial bodies in set order and terms.
