In line with the document, the housing estate will be located in the part of Tashkent at the border of Bozsu channel, Abdulla Kadyri street and Shayhantohur street with total area of 20.9 hectares.

The housing estate will be designed and constructed in national and modern architecture traditions of the city in line with the approved town-planning norms and rules.

The block will include seven floor houses with service objects, meeting all requirements.

The document said the block will have offices for various purpose, which will harmonically fall into single architecture view. It is also planned to create recreation zone near Bozsu river with social-cultural objects within the construction territory.

The order said that it is planned to announce tender on development of the complex project. In the result of the tender, the project of programme on complex constriction of habitation estate with concrete sources and mechanisms of financing will be submitted to the Government of Uzbekistan.
