During the conversation, potential areas of cooperation within the framework of the implementation of the project to create a hardware and software complex "Safe City" in Uzbekistan were discussed. In addition, the Chinese side talked about the experience of introducing such complex in China.

CASIC is the foundation of China’s national scientific and technical industry and a large state-owned high-tech enterprise under the direct management of the Central Government of China. The corporation deals with strategic activities related to national security, being the main force of China’s defense technology and industry. The structure of CASIC employs over 150 thousand people, 70% of which are technical personnel. The corporation operates in 200 directions and includes more than 600 enterprises.

At the meeting, the head of CASIC noted that the corporation is interested in participating in the implementation of the project to create a "Safe City" in Uzbekistan.

It should be noted that work is currently under way to organize tender tenders for the selection of an international consulting company to develop project documentation and provide consulting services within the framework of the project.
