Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Minimum rental rates for premises have been established in Uzbekistan.

The new rates were approved as part of the Law "On the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2025."

For 2025, the minimum rental rates for non-residential premises per square meter of total area per month are as follows: 45,000 soums in Tashkent, 26,500 soums in Nukus and regional centers, and 11,000 soums in other settlements.

As for the rental of residential premises, the minimum rates per square meter of total area per month are set at 28,000 soums in Tashkent, 13,500 soums in Nukus and regional centers, and 5,500 soums in other settlements.
